Great Start

Well, I finally found a chance to get on here to update! The show went really well after a rocky start. Once I mostly got over my nervousness, I really had fun. Getting up in front of people is definetly not my cup of tea, but I think I can suck it up for the Pampered Chef. Anyway, like I said, the show went really well. The sales were more than I, or anyone for that matter, expected! I had a few people there at the show to support me, and then even more that placed orders to help me get my business going. And it is off to an UH-MAZING start!! The Pampered Chef stats are that the average show is about $490. My first show did over $1,000!!! Thank you to everyone that helped me out! I know that they won't all do this well, but I'm very glad I could start off so well.
The girls are doing great! Helen is loving school and she has a "boyfriend". HE just doesn't know it! :) She got her first pair of "tie shoes" and just wearing them, she looks older. She is growing up too fast!!
Aubree is growing so fast and talking more every day. She has figured out how to climb into Allisyn's crib, so Allie now has a new playmate. She climbed in there today and found a magic marker that was on the dresser. When I went in there to check on Allisyn, I found Aubree in there with her, marker ALL OVER her legs! And the sheet! Thankfully, she did not decide to write all over Allisyn, too. I THOUGHT she was taking a nap. Usually, if she is awake in there, she is playing and making noise. Soooo not the case today!
Allisyn is growing fast too. She started giving high fives yesterday, which is very fun! No teeth yet, thankfully. She went to the dr. Monday for her 6 month check up. She weighs 14 lbs 6 oz (23%) and is 26 inches long (45%). She is still the smallest of the three at this age!

My 1st Pampered Chef Party

Okay, we'll see how this blogging thing works with me. We will see how much time I can find to get on here and update!
Well, tonight is my big night. My very first Pampered Chef Show. For those of you that know me, you know that getting up in front of people and having all eyes on me is not my thing! But for whatever reason, I got a little voice in my head that said I might could do this. I mentioned it to Chris and he almost acted like I would be stupid NOT to do it. I like to cook, I LOVE to stay home with my kids, and I need to earn some extra money. The only downer is the center of attention thing. So I guess I will just have to find a way around that to make this work, haha!! Needless to say, I am very nervous about tonight and have been praying extra hard for the confidence to get up in front of a group of people and do a cooking show. At least I have great products, they will practically sell themselves, so I don't have to do that part! It is now 2:00 in the morning, and I am about to go back to bed and try again to go to sleep. My stomach is in knots! Pray!
